Bünzli (EPFL, 1998-2001), where he worked on aqueous compexes of f-elements as luminescent material and contrast agents for MRI. Then he moved in the group of Pr J. Buffle (University of Geneva, 2001-2003) where he studied the diffusion of solutes and solids in hydrogels, before appointment to lecturer in 2003 at the University of Franche-Comté. His research interests concern the developpment of technologies to decontaminate water and soils.
